We need to start by saying... Pirie is a superstar! Pirie was referred to us, and we couldn't be happier after working with her. She always had our best interests at heart. First, she spent the time to get to know us and what we were interested in before showing us any houses. This was super helpful because it stopped us from feeling overwhelmed at the start of our search. As we started our search, she was available at the drop of a hat and was able to set up showings of multiple houses on the same day. Even with the Austin real estate market as crazy as it is, she got us a home inspection and used the results to get our sellers to cover some of our closing costs. Pirie is truly exceptional and really cares about all of her clients. Even though it had been over six months since our purchase, she texted us and checked in multiple times over the freezes this winter, and has kept in touch about what updates we are making to our new home! If we had to do it all over again, we would definitely use Pirie again. We cannot recommend her enough!
